Courses Purchased on Udemy
Courses purchased through Udemy are governed exclusively by Udemy's Refund Policy. Eligible refund requests must be submitted directly through your Udemy account within 30 days of the original purchase date. Samkol Institute cannot process, approve, modify, or issue refunds for purchases made on the Udemy platform. All refund decisions for Udemy purchases are made by Udemy in accordance with its policies and terms of service.
Courses Purchased Directly from Samkol
Courses purchased directly from Samkol.com are eligible for a refund request within 7 calendar days from the date of purchase. To qualify for a refund, the request must be submitted within this period and the course must not have been substantially completed, excessively accessed, downloaded, or misused. Refund requests received after the 7-day period are generally not eligible for approval unless otherwise required by applicable law. Each request is reviewed individually to ensure a fair outcome while protecting the integrity of our digital educational content and intellectual property. All digital products offered by Samkol Institute, including but not limited to trading indicators, TradingView indicators, Expert Advisors (EAs), trading bots, algorithms, scripts, source code, templates, spreadsheets, downloadable PDFs, e-books, research reports, calculators, software tools, strategy files, market scanners, dashboards, datasets, and other proprietary digital resources, are non-refundable once access has been granted, downloaded, activated, or delivered.
Ownership and Intellectual Property:
All indicators, trading tools, software, algorithms, and other proprietary digital products published or distributed through Samkol.com, Udemy, or any other official Samkol platform remain the exclusive intellectual property of Samkol Institute. Purchasing or accessing these products grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal educational use only. It does not transfer ownership or intellectual property rights to the purchaser.
Access Rights:
Samkol Institute reserves the right to update, modify, replace, suspend, discontinue, or withdraw access to any digital product, indicator, trading tool, or related service at its sole discretion, including for maintenance, security, legal compliance, misuse, policy violations, or product improvements. Such actions do not automatically entitle users to a refund unless otherwise required by applicable law.

- One-on-one coaching sessions already completed or scheduled within 24 hours.
- Proprietary trading software and license keys.
- Administrative fees associated with payment processing.
Monthly subscription services can be canceled at any time; however, partial refunds for mid-cycle cancellations are not provided. Your access will remain active until the end of the current billing period once cancellation is confirmed.
Chargebacks & Disputes
We encourage everyone to reach out to our support team directly before initiating a chargeback. Unauthorized chargebacks will result in immediate termination of account access and permanent blacklisting from future Samkol programs and community platforms.
